    Key Features
  • Inner trim is air seal to cladding, so lap joints must be sealed and fixed.
  • Parapet and roof cladding liner must be effectively sealed to the inner trim, using fasteners to compress seal/secure joint as necessary.
  • Roof panel must terminate approximately in line with parapet outer sheet.
  • Insulation to fill cavity at junction.
  • Verge flashing should fix to outer sheet of parapet cladding, and not cut through the insulation to the liner.
  • Parapet panel has to be rake cut on site. Fit with 10 mm gap to verge flashing.
  • Thermal bridging will be low.
