Detail depends on being able to air seal effectively at stub steelwork and eaves
beam. i.e. part of the steel design.
There will be thermal bridging through stub and roof liner, but an alternative
would involve insulating soffit, fascia and gutter, and the gutter will probably still
be a thermal bridge.
