New developments in the APL Cantilever range of systems designs have been welcomed by the
construction sector as one of the most cost-efficient routes to meeting Part L air sealing
obligations at envelope detail points.
Wall and roof cladding profiles
The exclusive AP50HR, AP45HR and AP18HR half round profiles are from a family of 'niche profiles' which
can be used with dramatic effect across a whole range of building designs. The AP70 fixed and live
louvre assemblies are complementary to these and other abutting materials such as glass, brick and
flat panel. The APL range includes a further 16 trapezoidal and sinusoidal profiles including 8
decking profiles up to 200mm deep.
TriTherm Spacer System
The TriTherm spacer system is a unique cavity spacer assembly. It is extremely versatile and is used
in both wall and roof applications. It offers dramatically increased speed and accuracy of
installation, increased structural integrity using less weight of metal, variable depths to meet all
insulation and Part L requirements - and is the structural element in the APL range of Cantilever
systems.
Flat panel and composite systems
Slimwall systems include LPCB-PIR and non-combustible Rockwool sandwich panel and Slimwall fully
ventilated rain screen with various bi-modular joint width configurations.
Standing seam roof systems
APL site and factory rolled, mechanically seamed, standing seam and secret fix systems together with
various structural linings for acoustic and energy systems including long span (up to 10m) structural
decking and/or acoustic type.
