Eurobond is one of the UK's leading designers and manufacturers of non-combustible external wall, internal wall and ceiling systems. The Eurobond range of non-combustible wall panels, manufactured using fire resistant, non-combustible Rockwool mineral fibre, offers the specifier complete assurance in the event of any exposure to flames or heat.

Eurobond has a pedigree of over 25 years in the design and manufacture of non-combustible composite wall and ceiling panels. The company has made a substantial investment in product development, stringent performance testing and European leading production technology - the result of which is a diverse range of high quality Corus steel-faced, Rockwool-cored, non-combustible mineral fibre composite panels.

Each panel offers the specifier and end-user total assurance that they are using composite panels which offer superior product performance in terms of fire, insulation, structural and acoustic performance. A £5m, state-of-the-art continuous production facility, the first of its kind in Europe, provides the specifier with a rich palette of finishes and product features to bring creativity and function to virtually any construction project.

The sophisticated technology utilised in production ensures a consistently high quality finished panel manufactured to an industry-leading tolerance. Continual innovations have resulted in reduced installation costs, improved product performance and lower maintenance bills for the end client.

Product Features

Non-combustible
All Eurobond composite wall panels systems are manufactured with a proven non-combustible structural Rockwool core. Panel systems are available offering up to 4 hours resistance.

Low smoke risk
Smoke not only causes damage to health, but can also cause major stock losses. Eurobond's Rockwool core is non-combustible and will therefore cause little or no smoke damage.

Architecturally flat
Architectural flatness can be achieved because all Eurobond panels are manufactured with cured Rockwool cores that have dimensional stability.

Environmentally sustainable
Eurobond cores are zero ODP and free of HCFC, CFC and greenhouse gases. At the end of its useful life the insulation can be reprocessed into further energy-saving insulation.

Thermally efficient
All Eurobond products and the relevant standard details have been thermally modelled, using the BRE approved finite element software package, Trisco.

Acoustically sound
Eurobond's range of composite wall panels offer acoustic solutions developed to make conforming to approved Document E (2003) easier.
